The end result yielded an average of $70,000 in monthly giving.
Every month at Orphan’s Promise, we sent out a newsletter to a growing list of 25,000 recurring donors. The aim was to help keep these donors engaged with impactful stories about how the organization was changing lives around the world. I managed this project from start to finish. This included working with our regional managers and contract photographers, to ensure quality content delivery at the onset.
Once that box was checked, I worked with our team of copywriters to produce the story. Following this, I laid out the design and worked with our proofreader to finalize the approval process. This step was crucial in mitigating risk, and ensuring a polished final product.
Once proofing was complete, I worked with various in-house vendors to get the job printed and out the door on time.
